This coupon may be used in 2 different ways:

1) Purchase item(s) online: Search online for the item(s) you wish to have for your birthday. Present the coupon to the giver, in exchange you will receive a debit card to purchase your items.

2) Purchase items in a store: Let the giver of the coupon know when you wish to go to the store(s). You will be driven to the store and the giver will walk with you through the store and pay for any items you wish to purchase.

You must use this coupon before your next birthday. This coupon is also good for online purchases. You may use a combination of the above options. Maximum purchase amount is based on available funds in our checking /savings accounts. You may use up to 100% of available funds in all accounts, except for the emergency funds (so we can still afford our house after this shopping spree). This coupon must be used for tings wanted, not needed. No other restrictions apply.
